Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Plate Product Introduction

Hot-rolled steel plates have relatively low strength and poor surface quality (with oxidation/low finish), but have good plasticity. They are generally medium thick plates. The mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel plates are far inferior to those of cold working and forging, but they have good toughness and ductility.
